Since 2011, I’ve launched and led businesses in the sports and fitness sector, drawing on my background in football and futsal coaching to shape high-performing teams and create long-term value. Alongside this, I’ve grown a successful property investment portfolio, helping others do the same through smart, sustainable decisions.
Today, at Victorious Holdings, my focus is on acquiring profitable businesses—particularly in the sports and hire industries. I understand the time, effort, and passion that go into building a business, and I approach each opportunity with transparency, respect, and a commitment to preserving your legacy while supporting future growth. Orsell Biokou
Investment Strategy 
Lead
Orsell Biokou is an investment professional with a strong background in asset management, financial strategy, and market intelligence. He has experience identifying and evaluating global market opportunities, supporting M&A strategy development, and conducting detailed financial and competitor analyses.
At Schroders, Orsell contributed to fixed-income portfolio strategy. Previously, at Caxton, he focused on macroeconomic and FX analysis, developed automated market intelligence tools, and supported cross-functional strategic initiatives. His global experience includes roles in London, Singapore, and Shanghai.
He holds an MSc in Finance and a BSc in Economics from the University of  Roehampton. Orsell is fluent in French and has beginner proficiency in Mandarin.
